A team member that will help us to coordinate the recruitment team for the bilingual PENTAFON Campains.
The main purpose of this position is Coordinate, control and execute the recruitment strategy and selection of bilingual operational and administrative vacancies,
ensuring compliance with the required coverage and quality times, for the different business lines that the company offers.
Main Activities
Coordinate the talent attraction and selection strategy for bilingual operational and administrative vacancies.
Guarantee weekly coverage of business lines
Coordination of the bilingual selection team
Preparation and publication of the vacancies requested by the Management.
Daily review of postulates by business line to design the strategy together with the attraction Manager.
Actively participate in meetings with clients and future clients.
Application of interviews by skills
Carry out the review of applications of psychometric tests for the position.
Preparation of management reports
Requirements and skills
Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Administration or Economic Administrative Degree
Advanced English
3 years of experience in similar positions in Contact Centers its a most
Extensive experience in massive bilingual recruitment.
Experience in massive recruitment and selection events.
Experience with the management of team works
English Advanced level B1 to C1 its a most
