**Location**: Mexico City (Hybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote)
**Experience Level**:
- Senior Product Manager: 4-7 years of experience.
- Product Management Manager: 8+ years of experience.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager or Product Management Manager with solid experience in product management, capable of leading the complete lifecycle of digital products.
This role requires a strong ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and a proven track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead product development from conception to launch.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other key teams.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Analyze market and customer needs to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion.
**Technical Requirements**:
- **Agile/Scrum**: Practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including facilitating sprints and managing backlogs.
- **Product Management Tools**:
- Jira: Expertise in project configuration and management.
- Aha!
or Productboard: Experience in planning and tracking the product roadmap.
- Google Analytics and Mixpanel: Skills to analyze user data and behaviors.
- **Experience in Product Area**:
- E-commerce: Previous experience in developing and launching products on e-commerce platforms.
- API Integration: Ability to lead products requiring the integration of multiple APIs.
- Personalization: Experience managing products utilizing personalization algorithms, especially in AI.
**Certifications (Optional)**:
- Certified Product Manager (CPM)
- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
**Soft Skills**:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions.

**API Management**: Knowledge of API management tools such as **Postman** or **Swagger** to monitor integration and API quality.
**Product Marketing Automation**: Familiarity with tools like **HubSpot** or **Marketo** for automating marketing campaigns aligned with product launches.
**Basic Machine Learning (ML) and AI**: Understanding of how ML/AI models work, especially if the product relies heavily on these technologies.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month
