**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Finance Analyst - Sales Finance**
**Main Purpose**
LATAM GBS Sales Finance Analyst will play a key role in the Sales Finance management agenda.
This role is responsible for providing a world class sales finance Global Business Service (GBS) for Andean, SOCO or Caricam.
Responsible of support to local teams in the pricing lists, rebates, clients creation, tracking accruals, SOX controls and NRR,
through implementation of initiatives, tracking an analysis.
Interact with OUs commercial finance teams, deliver accurate information to lead decision making process and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) fulfillment.
**Accountabilities**
- Deliver an excellent service to GBS Finance clients according to SLA's responsible of Andean, SOCO or Caricam Sales Finance
- Support OU commercial finance teams in the construction of pricing list understanding main drivers and providing accurate and timely information to support decision making process.
- Quickly develop an understanding of different OU financial objectives and commercial plans to effectively play a key role as a business partner.
- Owner of pricing list and upload to SAP, responsible of their maintenance, updates and improvements.
- Owner of NRR scorecard with tracking and analysis
- Responsible for SAP clients creation and maintenance
- Generate rebates and monthly tracking
- Responsible for SOX execution controls in GCS quarterly
- Accrual generation and monthly tracking

Qualifications:
- Have at least 18 months in your current function
- Notify your direct leader and HRBP that you are interested on the position
- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years
- Have not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 months
**Education/requirements**
- Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration
- Computer literate - Advanced Excel, Power Point
- Language: Spanish / English fluent, Portuguese preferred
- Deep understanding of a P&L; and its drivers
- Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
- Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience
**Non Technical Skills**
- Ability to handle high-volume, multiple priorities
- Expert analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work with multiple areas of the organization
