We are looking for a detail oriented, customer focused Customer Service Rep to maintain our reputation.
**Major Tasks and Key Responsibilities**
- Answer phones
- Tenant communication: You are the main point of contact with our tenants.
Communication includes:
- Answering general questions
- Contacting them regarding delinquent accounts
- Manage resident ledger accounts
**Job Overview and Requirements**
- Required experience: Customer service experience preferred but no required.
We will train the right person with the right attitude!
- Great people skills-you regularly interact with tenants
- Great at resolving conflict
- Very good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent math skills
- Listening skills
- Highly organized, strong time management skills with a sense of urgency.
- Above average technology skills
- **Excellent written and verbal communication in English is absolutely required!

**Benefits and Pay**
- This is a full-time remote position with a U.S. company
- Starting salary pay between 16,000-18,000 pesos per month
- Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 (eastern time)
- Weekends off
- Paid holidays
