.DSD - Digital Smile Design is rapidly expanding and seeking new team members to join our team!

We love what we do, and it shows.The Sales Account Executive will work along with the Director of Sales & Business Development to ensure sales scalability and customer success.
We need someone who is high-energy, hungry to succeed, and comfortable working in a rapidly changing startup environment.
**Responsibilities**:- Meeting with potential clients at events.




Some travel may be required.- Assisting prospects in the decision-making process of implementation options.- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a smooth hand-off between consultation and implementation.- Maintain records of completed transactions, notes, and communications.- Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.- Manage the follow-up process by reaching out to potential clients who have already expressed an interest in DSD, to help educate them on the process, identify where they are in their decision-making process, and/or follow up on clients who may have delayed implementation.- Unmatched consultative selling and modernized closing skills (not pushy)- Ability to identify, qualify, and collect prospects and leads.- Managing and overcoming potential buyer and seller objections- Leveraging promotional campaigns to develop buyers and sellers- Excellent customer service, inbound and outbound.- Procurement of new sales and resources.- Ensure timely completion of period-end reporting activities.- Ownership of resource scheduling.- Provide daily support to the Director of Sales.- Other duties assigned.




**Qualifications**:- Excellent sales and negotiation skills (2-3 years of consultative closing sales experience)- Self-motivation, drive, and initiative- An outgoing confident approach- Storing communication and ability to establish immediate rapport with prospective clients- Adaptable to continuously changing company processes and strategies.- Experience using a contact tracking system, Hubspot CRM preferred- Must be willing to demonstrate and exhibit a positive team-player attitude each day.- Fluent in English.
Spanish and or Portuguese will be highly appreciated.- Track record of being a high performer (e.G.
over quota, President's Club)- A sharp focus on your goals and a strong approach for achieving them- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills- A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills- Thrives in a team environment and treats everyone with respect- Experienced in the dental industry is a plus, but not necessary- Hubspot certification is a must.
Hubspot certification course is complementary and provided upon hire.- Ability to multi-task or manage multiple projects at once.- Self-started and dependable.- Ability to read and interpret data
