**Type of Employment**: Full Time**Work Location**: Mexico (remote)Senior functional and/or technical consultant in the Oracle Retail Product Suite to join leading team in implementations across Latin American continent.
**Responsibilities**:- Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies- Manage teams in defining business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.- Support elaboration or proposals for services during sales cycles for services,
participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process- Ability to perform and conduct workshops and meetings to develop client solutions**Educational Qualification**:- University or Technical degree directly related.- Experience 5 + years- English language fluency is mandatory.- Technical expertise on RMS, SQL, PL SQL, RIB, Java and RSB a plus- Oracle knowledge**Experience**:- Experienced functional or technical consultants in the Oracle Retail Product Suite (RMS, ReSa, RPM, ReIM, Alloc)- Functional and business skills with experience developing and managing functional specifications- Experience mentoring more junior members of the team- Written and verbal presentation skills in Spanish and English- Previous experience in projects for Retail transformation
