****What does success look like in this role?
**- Develop the region by growing market penetration and becoming the face of the company.- Grow AVOW's Advertiser portfolio through high activity levels, networking, and educating the market on OEM value.- Manage the complete cycle of sales - from prospect to onboarding- and aim to close 5-10 deals in your first 6 months.- Partner with internal cross-functional team members to situate your accounts for success and drive account growth.- Represent AVOW and articulate our value proposition to key decision-makers in top mobile companies.- Stay current on the latest industry trends in mobile advertising, and attend key industry events and conferences.
**What does an ideal profile look like?
**- Experience in the AdTech, Performance Marketing, or Mobile Industry- Full ownership over a market and its end-to-end business development activities- Extensive professional experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or in a role with similar dynamics and skills- Ambitious and creative sales/business development professional,
aiming to really see the impact of your work in the business- Good negotiator and a strong communicator- Team player who can work from home and independently- Fluency in **English, Spanish, and Portuguese****What do we offer?
