**The Opportunity**:We're seeking an experienced and motivated **Remote Property Manager** to oversee our portfolio of short-term vacation rentals.
This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who excels in hospitality and property management.
**Key Responsibilities**:**Guest Experience Management**:- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly- Collaborate with our concierge team to enhance guest satisfaction- Ensure top-notch hospitality standards across all properties**Property Operations and Maintenance**:- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades- Implement preventative maintenance schedules- Conduct routine property inspections- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers**Financial Oversight**:- Develop and manage property budgets- Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records- Optimize property performance and revenue**Compliance and Risk Management**:- Ensure properties comply with local regulations and safety standards- Implement and maintain risk management strategies- Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements**Qualifications**:- 3+ years of experience in property management, maintenance, or vendor management, preferably in vacation rentals or hospitality- Proven track record in guest relations and property operations- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in property management software- Bonus: Certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM)
or Real Property Administrator (RPA)- Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms is highly desirable- Is a self-starter with excellent time management skills- Thrives in a remote work environment- Has experience managing properties in the United States (bonus)- Has prior experience working remotely in similar property management or hospitality roles**Work Environment**:- Full-time remote position- Schedule: Weekend shift, 5 days a week, daytime schedule- Must reside in a country with a timezone compatible with US business hours (we do not offer graveyard shift)**Compensation**:- $20,000 annually (contractor position)- Opportunity for growth in a dynamic, expanding industry
