**Compensation**:$3 - $5 hourly**Responsibilities**:- Work with our senior vice president of sales to establish our brand's online identity- Create a digital strategy with compelling content across our social media accounts that corresponds with our digital marketing goals- Manage and monitor our social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and video channels on YouTube- Identify new media opportunities and connect with social media influencers- Deliver daily/monthly reports from our web traffic using Google Analytics and social platforms and advise on improvements**Qualifications**:- 2+ years as a marketing coordinator, social media specialist,
or similar work experience- Must be able to create compelling SEO content through text, image, and video- Strong understanding of trends across multiple social media platforms- Must possess excellent communication skills, time management skills, and a strong work ethic- Knowledge of Canva, Camtasia, Photoshop**PC / Internet specs**- 100+ Mbps of internet download speed/10+ Mbps minimum upload speed- Two monitors minimum- Self-provided Windows PC (no macs) with at least i5 processor (i7 or i9 preferred)- RAM: 8 GB minimum (16+ preferred)- Main Boot: Solid State Drive (SSD)- Operating System: Windows 10 preferred- Webcam**We Offer**- Full-time position- Paid time off, Holiday & Vacation- Opportunities for career advancement and skill development- Be treated like family**About Company**We are a growing mortgage brokerage with a passion to empower our community with the right home-buying education and products.
