With your in-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, you'll drive the development and implementation of advanced testing strategies,
ensuring the alignment of testing practices with overall project goals and maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.What you will do:- Lead and mentor a team of junior and semi-senior testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the development lifecycle.- Drive the adoption of new testing methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing team.- Analyze test results and collaborate with developers for quick resolution of issues.- Provide expert insights into the test planning and strategy sessions, ensuring comprehensive coverage of test cases.Here's what we are looking for:- 7+ years of experience with testing.- Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.- In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.- Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.- Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.- Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.- Expert understanding of client's requirements,
