**IT Virtual Client Service Manager****Location**: Mexico, CDMX, Queretaro or Guanajuato**Department**: Siemens Energy Information Technology**Mode of Employment**: Permanent**LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU****Description**:**Your profile**- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or five years equivalent work experience- 10+ years of proven experience in Virtual workplace (Citrix, VMware, MS HyperV, Oracle, etc.
)- Certification in ITIL, Foundation, preferred,
"Operational Support and Analysis"- ITIL experience and certification preferred- Experience with Microsoft Windows- Experience with Microsoft Azure- Experience with configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Virtual Workplace environment- Experience with Microsoft InTune- Passion for Customer Service- Custodian mentality, high attention to detail, and highly self-motivated and self-driven- Strong communication, and organizational skills- Solid relationship management and performance management skills- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal English communication skills- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language- Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment**Your responsibilities**- Work with Windows global team on Virtual client hosting environment and strategy- Develop support plans and documents for support teams for Virtual Clients- Resolve issues and escalations with Virtual environment back-end and end-point issues- Work with other Workplace / Windows teams on action plans- Work with Cybersecurity to ensure all services are approved- Work with IT Service Providers on new changes and demands to virtual client service- Key Processes Supported: MS Windows, MS Azure, MS InTune- Work Conditions:- 40-hour on-site work week with on-call availability, when needed- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components**Your opportunities for personal growth**- Be part of an international, multicultural and diverse team- Work independently- Work creatively**LET'S TALK ABOUT US**"Let's make tomorrow different today" is our genuine commitment at Siemens Energy to all customers and employees on the way to a sustainable future.
