The Position
We're looking for a full-time Back Office/Customer Service agent to help with Customer communications, liaison with Insurance Companies and general back-office duties.
Your responsibilities:

- You will communicate with Homeowners and Insurance Companies to ensure a fast,



seamless construction job for our customers.
- You will coordinate and help the rest of the departments to make sure everything flows accordingly to expectations.
Desired skills/experience:

- You have an excellent English level (C1, C2)
- You have good computer skills, with a functional knowledge of Excel, Office, CRM, and are willing to learn new processes and tools.
- You are a self-motivated, energetic, and responsible person.
- You have previous experience with customer-facing roles.
- If you have knowledge of the roofing world (strongly preferred).
- You have a fast and reliable internet connection, your own computer and headset.
- You can work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM (1-hour lunch), and Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM.
- A college degree is a big plus.

2800 MXN a week + commissions.
