hat do you get to do in this position?Take control of a portfolio of approximately 300 customers mainly from the United States.
econcile customer's balances and provide constant updates of account status.
ollow up on customer portfolios.
rovide support to the sales area and report to the head of the department.
chieve personal objectives and reduce overdue amounts.
aintain a portfolio with current balances.
onduct collection activities.
egotiate with customers to get payment in a timely fashion.
anage every type of claim or deduction.
