We are looking for a Software Development Manager to play a key role in the Digital Payments & Emerging Markets (DEP) team, primarily building Amazon's Mexico Payments Products.
This role offers exciting challenges and the opportunity to influence and drive a growing payments area.
Key job responsibilitiesAs a Software Development Manager in the Payments team,
you will manage a group of very talented Software Engineers who are working on defining the vision for our payment products in emerging markets and delivering exciting initiatives.
You will regularly interact with executive leadership and other tech teams as you design and deliver state of the art technology to evolve our products.
You'll work in a fast paced environment and will be required to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains.
A day in the lifeRecruit, manage and lead a team of software and system developer engineers with focus on end to end network product development.Make high judgment decisions on how to accomplish and prioritize among new features, operational efficiency improvements, software resiliency and reliability initiatives.Lead by example and foster technical innovation within the team through design reviews, process improvements,

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 7+ years of engineering experience.
