**Description and Requirements**:**What You'll Do**This is an exciting role where you'll interact with global team members, customers, manufacturing sites, and vendors.

Degree or equivalent business experience- Experience 1-3 years**Responsibilities**- Manufacturing Order Management.- Our key KPI is to ensure every single order ships according to the SLA (PSSD/RPSSD).- Owners to drive any Supply or Material Allocation.- Prioritize critical orders to meet customer requirements and expectations, follow past due, coming due and tails.- Interlock with Order Fulfillment Team on critical orders and open issues.- CTB/ATB Analysis and Reporting.- Capacity Requirements.- Deal with special customer requirements.- Control build ahead.- Review daily backlog to get in front of potential issues affecting customers.- Control and applied Offspecs/Deviations for MTY Plant- Finish Goods Optimization.- Physical Inventory Rebalance.
**Position Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience- +3 years of Manufacturing experience- English language skills are required (Spanish language skills also preferred)- Good with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
and Office 365 software- Advanced Excel skills.- SAP S4, IPS and LeMES.- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.- Customer Service skills.- Strong ownership, leadership and sense of urgency.- Positive attitude.- Embrace challenge, find complex and challenging situations as opportunities to learn.- Innovative thinking.- Proactive and organized.- Project Management skills
