_****Job Title**:**Remote Customer Service & Operations Assistant **(100% Work From Home)****Location**:Remote from Latin America**Position Type**:Full-time**Salary**: $1200 USD /month**Schedule**:40hrs/week - Flexible but ideally around 8am-5pm MDT.
**Company Description**:**Responsibilities**:- Assist clients with posting job listings, managing their accounts, and troubleshooting any technical issues related to the platform.- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and address any post-sale inquiries or support needs.- Perform backend tasks and administrative duties, including data entry, content management, and updating job listings on the website.- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of information displayed on the job board platform.- Collaborate with the technical team to report and escalate any website bugs or technical issues identified by users.- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for internal processes, user guides, and FAQs.- Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts by providing feedback on customer interactions, identifying areas for optimization, and suggesting process enhancements.
**Requirements**:- Proven experience in customer service or operations roles, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer support.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in using CRM systems, help desk software, and Microsoft Office suite.- Familiarity with backend website management tools and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.- Fluency in English and Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.- Availability to work flexible hours,
including occasional evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
**Salary**:$1200**Schedule**:40hrs/week - Flexible but ideally around 8am-5pm MDT.
