Here is what we can tell you about this position:THE WORK- Leverage your coding skills.
As our Staff Software Engineer, you will architect and design complaints- Observe with an eye for improvement.
You understand the testing philosophy and will bring the best practices, automation techniques, and frameworks to your team.- Serve as a security advocate.
You'll foster a security mindset across the team and build and design secure end-to-end systems.- You'll recognize obscure security threats that go unnoticed by others.- Coach, collaborate, and communicate.
Partner with product owners to and in the building, enhancing and maintaining the Risk Adjustment Platform.
You will work with leadership and other senior engineers to elevate the performance of your team and the teams around you in the department by establishing sound engineering practices and principles.- Serve as a tech architecture and engineering SME.
You'll architect and design components of the Analyst Risk- Adjustment platform.
Establish engineering best practices for the team and implement them across the organization
