US Based company is looking for a remote team member to fill a role of a maintenance coordinator for Property Management.
Monthly pay USD $800-$1100If you are a self-starter and eager to learn and grow, we'd love to discuss the opportunity to work with us.As a coordinator you will be responsible for variety of tasks, such as, but not limited to:- Back-office documentation and processes.- Manage Maintenance Requests: Oversee and prioritize all incoming maintenance requests and work orders.- Vendor Management: Recruit and onboard new vendors, maintain compliance, and negotiate pricing for services.- Work Order Oversight: Track and update work orders, ensuring timely completion and efficient resolution of issues.- Tenant Communication:
Serve as the point of contact for tenants, providing updates and scheduling access for maintenance.- Emergency Response: Coordinate emergency repairs and ensure quick resolution of urgent issues.- And more.
**Requirements**:- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent written, personal, and verbal communication skills, property management experience, strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, must be responsible and honest, with a good computer proficiency (Google Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Online social media, PDF).
Bookkeeping knowledge is a plus.
