** N**Position Type** Management**JOB SUMMARY**The Director of Talent Acquisition Strategies & Solutions will work closely with the Area Director of Human Resources (Mexico & MSB) and other members of the TA COE to evaluate the current use of talent acquisition processes and tools, analyze metrics and qualitative data to monitor performance and compliance, generate and refine TA metrics and support the implementation of process improvements.
This position will also support the development and launch of new programs and technology to meet the organization's talent acquisition needs.
This role will foster relationships with key universities as well as other community-based organizations to attract top talent to Marriott hotels in Mexico.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE****Education and Experience**- Bachelor's degree (Business or Human Resources Management) preferred.- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR-related role (e.G., talent acquisition, recruitment, HR data analytics, HR consulting).- Experience with talent acquisition required and sourcing expertise preferred (LinkedIn, social media, etc.
)- Knowledge or experience in recruitment processing outsourcing (RPO) preferred.- Experience with developing relationships with key university and community-based organizations.- Experience in planning and coordinating small to mid-sized projects.
**Skills and Competencies**- Demonstrated technology skills in MSWord, PowerPoint, Excel,
and Applicant Tracking Systems.- Current with Talent Acquisition and Mexico employment practices.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation development and delivery skills.- Strong analytical skills: can quickly analyze situations and clearly articulate what needs to be done.- Ability to generate reports and provide insightful analysis on TA related processes and programs.- Demonstrated experience interacting effectively as a consultant team member with all levels of associates.- Skill in prioritizing work tasks in accordance with goals and to make effective use of time in an environment with multiple deadlines and goals.- Ability to perform independently with limited supervision.- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a broad group of stakeholders.- Collaborates,
