There's never been a more exciting time to join Deel - the market leader in international payroll and compliance.We are looking for a Senior Analyst Pricing and Promotions to join our growing Revenue, Strategy and Operations team and develop world-class revenue insights for our GTM leadership teams.
As a senior analyst, you will be critical to continually improving the lens through which our global sales leaders view their business.Main Tasks:- Create best in class data-driven insights,
provide strategic pricing and analysis along with the presentation of recommended direction - examine the long-term impact of high-level organizational decisions and provide strategic pricing and margin information across the organization.- Work cross-functionally to educate key stakeholder on key pricing metrics, as well conducting extensive data deep dive to understand key drivers of business results- Perform fact-based pricing analysis to understand our price positioning across the various market segments served.- Develop and recommend ways to streamline operations and processes by building key analyses and reports to enable faster decision-making- Standardize and implement best practices to drive global and functional alignment across our organizationYou will be successful if you have:3+ years of experience in pricing strategy and analysis, preferably for a HR Tech / growth SAAS businessData proficiency in Excel, SQL, Salesforce and Visualization Tools (Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, etc
