Talent Acquisition Specialist (English required)

Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will join our Americas HR team and our growing Global Talent Acquisition team reporting into the Regional Lead, Talent Acquisition Americas. This ideal candidate will be critical in identifying hiring needs and assisting in hiring top talent to Apex open opportunities. The responsibilities of this role include pro-actively sourcing passive candidates through various sources to assist in our hiring needs within Mexico as the primary location however can support in multiple jurisdictions within the Americas. He/She will critical in pre-assessing candidates to present to hiring managers and guiding each manager through our hiring cycle all the way to the verbal offer process. This role requires someone to be comfortable with high volume recruiting.
The right candidate is someone who can change their hiring strategy often to attract top talent to our organization.
Job specification
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
- Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using social media and job sites.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager stakeholders, and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Promotes the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously for a global company.
- Proven English skills both written and verbal.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting in the financial sector, fund administration/accounting in Mexico city.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant working experience
- Proven experience working with a Linkedin Recruiter seat and well versed in using the tool at its full capacity.
- Strong sourcing techniques to attract talent.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking systems (Workday)
- A strong team player who will be part of Talent Acquisition team and works well with others within the HR team as well as cross functional teams.
- Ability to think critically to work with different types of leaders and come up with different creative solutions in finding top talent to our organization.
- Strong communicator who is comfortable presenting recruitment statistics to business leaders.
- Other duties as assigned by project
