We are looking for a high energy Marketing Director who will be in charge of leading marketing efforts for our clients.
As a successful hire, you will be responsible for managing a superstar team, planning and developing winning marketing efforts for our clients.We are a Veteran Owned Marketing Company from Texas, our average client stays with us for 5 years and we like to keep and take care of our employees forever!To be considered for this position, you will need to have proven experience in running a marketing team and marketing campaigns.
You will also need a high level of competency in social media platforms and AI tools.We will need at least 2 reference from previous employers to be considered for this position.




**Responsibilities**:Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts for our clients.Researching demand for our services and new opportunities.Competitor research.Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.Identifying potential customers.Developing promotions.Hiring talentDeveloping and managing advertising campaigns.Building brand awareness and positioning.Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.Developing strategy to maximize social media channels using AIRequirerments:High EnergyExperience in marketing and running a marketing team.Proven marketing campaign experience.Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.Strong copywriting skills.Strong advertising skills.Attention to detail.Proven ability to oversee budgets.Excellent interpersonal,
