In your role as Product Manager, Global HR Technology, you will play a critical part in shaping our Human Resource technology strategy.
Your leadership and executive presence will be essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive product development and innovation in our HR processes.
Job Responsibilities Roadmap Execution: Continue to define and execute the product roadmap for the Global HR function, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and adapting to customer needs.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Global HR function, leadership, HR teams, and external vendors to gather insights, prioritize features, and enhance product adoption across the organization.Market Insights: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our HR tools.
Third party tool evaluation is a critical piece of our technology evolution, and being a market expert is a critical part of the role.User Experience Advocacy: Champion the needs of users,
ensuring that our solutions enhance candidate engagement and support recruiter efficiency.
Proactive identification of the business problems to solve to be proactive in making technology recommendations is expected.Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product effectiveness and guide continuous improvement initiatives.Implementation Support: Facilitate the successful rollout of new technologies and processes, providing necessary training and support to ensure user adoption.
This will be done by transitioning roadmap items to the delivery teams (Business Technology, Technical Project Manager) with detailed, specific requirements and acceptance criteria for the feature.Requirements 3-5 years experience in a product management/product owner role, and/or HR technology experience (HRIS systems,
workforce management solutions, payroll systems, etc.
).User-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on understanding user needs and pain points and translating them into product features and enhancements.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.Team Leadership: Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop a product vision and roadmap that aligns with company goals and market opportunities.Technical Skills: Understanding the technical aspects of the product, including familiarity with relevant tools and technologies, can be crucial, especially in tech-focused industries.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related fieldsAs well as the technical skills,
