.Descripción y detalle de las actividadesResponsibilities will include coordination and planning of all activities related to the production of FGs, release schedules and analyses forecast to ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders and the availability of resources (Procurement, Planning, Inventory control and logistics activities accordingly).
To perform this job successfully and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Achieve On-time delivery targets Assure MPS creation and weekly,
monthly production handshake Convert customer demand into a production schedule (netting out on-hand FG inventory and available machine/ labor capacity) Avoid line disruptions and prevent materials-related line downs Effectively manage inventory to meet ITO, DOS, and E/O targets Assure purchasing activities to ensure MRP messages are followed, exposure is minimized, and PPV is minimized, past due orders are tracked and minimized Assure critical processes including Sourcing Team escalation, CCN, MOQ/EOQ BSM escalation, std cost verification, etc.
Participate in cost-reduction and CPI programs Manage to a departmental budget Assure performance to inventory targets and exposure guidelines Monitor PPV Follow up performance to Quarantine resolution Evaluate and manage by metrics Support if is necessary in other duties required by the Company Follow up on Inventory Turns Over Monitoring and reporting on time delivery by customer Follow up the importation of raw materials of its account.Experiência y requisitosFollow up and coordination the final delivery of FG to the customer Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.G., Business, Engineering,
Management, etc.
Five or more years of progressive Supply chain/Materials/Procurement/Planning/ Inventory control management Experience gained within manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge in ERP systems Medical industry knowledge/experience preferred.
Strong verbal English and Spanish verbal and written skills including effective negotiation skills.
A proven track record of cost savings.
APICS C.P.I.M.
or CSCP certification preferred.
Strong and proactive problem solving skills including techniques that identify and resolve root cause.
Proven leadership and management skills including effective time management and multitasking skills.
Strong and analytical and organizations skills.
Requires an individual who is a team player that is willing to perform task outside of the day to day operations environment and has the ability /desire to accept challenges, respond aggressively, adapt to change and meet deadlines.
