As an Appointment setter, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from qualified leads based on predefined criteria, engaging with potential customers, and scheduling appointments for our technicians.
**Responsibilities**:Appointment Scheduling:- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the company's target.- Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with potential customers.- Use effective communication skills to explain the benefits and encourage appointments.- Update customer databases and CRM systems regularly.
**Follow-up Calls**:- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and encourage those interested to schedule appointments.- Handle objections and provide additional information as needed.
**Qualifications**:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Fluent English, (C1, C2 or Native)- Proven experience in appointment setting sales/telemarketing- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging potential customers.
**Requirements**:- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Proper workspace with no distraction- Laptop or Desktop (No tablets or Cell phones)- Wired stable internet- Working Camera- Wired Headset- Schedule Availability**Benefits**:- Base pay ($100.00 a week)- Attractive commissions**Schedule**:- Monday to Friday.- 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Central Time.- Agents work 4 hours a day, 20 hours a week.
