**Full Job Description**We are looking for a talented, creative Graphic designer and illustrator for our fast-growing international company!!
**Role and Responsibilities**:- Design graphics and illustrations for use in media products such as blogs, websites, magazines, labels, advertising, and signage.- Meet with clients (virtually) and guide them throughout the entire design journey to provide the best solution for their brand.- Loves illustrating and designing logos.Typical activities include:1.
Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites.2.
Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales.3.
Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.4.
Managing client proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production.5.
Liaising with clients to determine their requirements.6.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.7.
(When required) Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.- Working within our design guidelines, create illustrations, graphics, logos, videos and other creative assets for use in presentations and other mediums.- To maintain effective communication and keep Zoek's clients up-to-date.- Produce and present comprehensive reports documenting that all project requirements were fulfilled.- Deliver all internal and client projects at the expected due date(s) unless specified otherwise by your supervisor.- Able to clearly articulate and present creative ideas/treatments to teams.- Partner closely with speakers, stakeholders, writers and designers as needed to ensure presentation materials are easy to digest and on brand.
**Skills and Experience**:- Strong design aesthetic, understanding of current design trends, layout, typography, colour theory.- Strong understanding of presentation design best practices plus business acumen.- Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills, and presence to partner with senior executives.- Ability to understand complex topics and translate them into a beautiful and engaging narrative.- Well-practiced in visual hierarchy to simplify and communicate information and data effectively, as well as the creation of easy to understand charts, graphs and diagrams.- A can-do, positive attitude that will be an asset to the Marketing Team.- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a timely manner.- Ability to manage projects independently while working under tight deadlines to maintain schedules.- Pixel-perfect awareness and superb attention to detail.- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.- An understanding of UX/UI user flow.- Must have an understanding of branding, SEO, landing pages, lead capture design.- Must be able to show a portfolio of work.- Advance EnglishPay: $13,000.00 - $16,000
