**Job description**We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Manufacture MRO Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team.
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
You should be able to close sales- Customer estimates- Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions- Greet customers and create rapport- Responsible for customer follow-up- Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers- Excellent communication skills,



both verbal and written.- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.- Exceptional customer service skills- Background check, required- Possess excellent customer service skills- Must be knowledgeable on store products- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds- High school diploma/GED- Must speak, read & write English and Spanish- 2+ years of experience in commission sales and Retail sales experience- oversee our warehouse when required- other duties may apply**Salary**: $20,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Inside sales: 2 years (preferred)
