We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative in LATAM to manage both Nas Academy and Nas Daily accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hitting revenue targets, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to think strategically while being a hands-on doer who leads by example.
What this job involves: Lead Generation and Qualification:




Generate new leads through proactive prospecting and researchQualify leads based on predefined criteria and segmentationsClient Engagement and Prospecting: Prospect new clients using diverse social media channels and initiate first contact to qualify leadsPersonalize outreach efforts to resonate potential clients' needs and interestsAnswer inquiries and provide commercial information about Nas.ioManaging and Tracking: Update, register, and manage all client interactions and activities in our CRM systemEnsure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progressBuilding a Network:
Participate in relevant industry events and conferencesBuild and expand your network within the industry to drive business opportunities.Generating Insights:




Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and strategiesGenerate insightful reports on activities and promote initiatives to improve sales operation performanceSound like you?
To apply, you need to be / have: 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Lead Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or equivalent sales roleFluent in Spanish with advanced conversational EnglishProven experience working in a fast-paced start-up sales environmentHighly personable and holds great communication skills in order to successfully gain client buy-inQuick thinker who enjoys the challenge of building from scratch, highly driven to successfully hit and exceed targetsSelf-starter, who is highly motivated and experienced working remotelyDemonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challengesPast experience using CRM tools,
