Follow up of internal strategic planning regarding the products and service of the bank.
Develop business presentations focused on analysis that have profitable results.
Follow up and achievements of KPIs and budget.
Provide additional information and actions to our internal clients that permit design strategies, provide competitive strengths and ideas that leads into good results and returns for the company.
Tracking and monitoring the achievement of the different processes to ensure standards of quality and time.
**Create and define new strategies.
Creation of strategies for the different business departments and segments.
Work on the value proposition and its execution as well as the weighting and generation of results.




****Implement and execution of strategies.
Leading of internal and external processes to execute the strategy.
at this point different internal and external areas get involve achieving goals/results.
****Lead a multidisciplinary team (up to 2 direct reports).
Teamwork is fundamental to implement and execute the daily tasks and the new projects/strategies.
in addition, we have a follow-up on the projects as well as give response to inquiries and possible needs of the team.

****Negotiation with products and segments managing partners as well as vendor suppliers.
Constant interaction with product and segment management, since strategies are made according to the defined goals as well as business needs.

****Innovation and creativity for business plans and business initiatives.
Being updated on new trends, technologies and ways of communication.
