Job Title:Commercial Support CoordinatorPosition PurposePrimary Accountabilities- Provide support to Sr Project Manager in TM "Sales Calls Process" gathering visits goal and adjustments from Commercial Regional Managers, this activity impact in the results of productivity of TMs.- Provide support in commercial processes and commercial expansion projects call or visit stores to validate correct implementation of processes and projects.- Provide support in commercial processes, coordinate monthly and quarterly meetings, elaborate manuals and corporate communication to Comercial Modules required by Commercial Sr Project Manager.- Coordinate special requirements made by Vicepresident and Commercial Director to BI and Help Desk (Webfocus report,
Effective Call Program, Platforms to track lost Calls).Education & ExperienceLevel of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Administration,Computer science, Marketing etcYears of Experience: One to two years.Type of Experience: Experience in update customer information and telephone service.
