and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and schedule adherence.Maintain a working relationship with the local union by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.Act as a liaison between Manufacturing and Engineering.What will you need to succeed?Experience as a production supervisor.Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or a related field.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.Knowledge of Kaizen principles.Familiarity with 6S methodology.Experience with SAP.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementSiemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
