The successful candidates will need to ensure best practices within our Technology stack are continuously developed in line with the departments evolving needs, whilst ensuring these processes are followed via effective training and documentation.
The candidate will need to have some experience in using Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
to ensure the platform is used to its potential.Main ResponsibilitiesAct as joint Product Owner for our Marketing Automation platform – Salesforce PardotCollect and analyse contact and performance data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness, as well as understanding its value in driving decision-making in the businessSupport marketing operations and process improvement with audience mapping, contact generation, data quality governanceSupport the setup and execution of campaigns.Work in close partnership with our teams to provide continuous hands-on training, 1-1 training, coaching, guidance on the use of various marketing platforms.
Provide 1st-level of platform support and troubleshooting.Proactivity in developing processes,
identifying trends with ad-hoc requestsDevelop and maintain email traffic management proceduresMaintain and improve the existing library of training.
Develop user guides and training documentation whenever needed.Work with Marketing Analytics to use a data-led approach to innovation.Identify and develop usage of Artificial Intelligence within the Marketing Operations team, with a particular focus on how Salesforce Einstein enhances effective marketing campaigns
