This is a hybrid position.
The Position
As a Real World Evidence Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will:
Provide leadership and coordination for teams within the CDSE (Clinical Data Science & Evidence) Management cluster, setting objectives, overseeing medium to high complexity tasks, and guiding staff while significantly impacting departmental outcomes.
Manage clinical trials for international and local registrations, ensuring regulatory compliance, clinical quality, safety reporting, internal medical documentation, and fostering external scientific relations to support new product launches.
Develop and implement solutions to complex challenges,
optimize processes, and align operations by leveraging best practices, addressing business issues, and translating departmental plans into actionable goals.
Independently manage high-complexity specialist tasks across the CDSE area, leveraging expertise in key processes and providing leadership in Biostatistics, Programming, Clinical Reporting, Data Management, Epidemiology, and HEOR resources for development projects.
Drive competency development and continuous improvement by implementing training programs, promoting best practices, and fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing across teams.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent education; Master's Degree is a plus.
7+ years of experience required & at least 3 - 5 years in a leadership role as team lead.
Experience in managing complex processes across clinical operations & medical affairs.
Proven ability to execute international and local clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting new product launches.
Advanced English proficiency.
