This ideal candidate will be critical in identifying hiring needs and assisting in hiring top talent to Apex open opportunities.
The responsibilities of this role include pro-actively sourcing passive candidates through various sources to assist in our hiring needs within Mexico as the primary location; however, it can supportmultiple jurisdictions within the Americas.
He/She will be critical in pre-assessing candidates to present to hiring managers and guiding each manager through our hiring cycle all the way to the verbal offer process.
This role requires someone to be comfortable with high volume recruiting.
The right candidate is someone who can change their hiring strategy often to attract top talent to our organization.Job specificationFull-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.Attract applicants by placing job advertisements and using social media and job sites.Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
