Descripción General:**Responsabilidades**: The Americas Engineered Materials (EM) Inventory Senior Analyst role is a position within the Americas Controller organization.
This role will work closely with other members of the Finance organization, especially members of FP&A;, Plant, and Regional Shared Service teams.
The Senior analyst will be responsible for supporting the largest US based legal entity.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**- Perform all related inventory related journal entries, financial flux, key judgments, internal controls, and management reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for the U.S. based EM production facilities.- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly,
and annual basis to be reviewed by Team Lead.- Identify and cultivate productive relationships with business partners and stakeholders.- Prepare key ad-hoc reporting and analysis requested by senior leadership.- Consistently improve process and functional performance through innovative approaches to challenges.- Identify, solve, and/or escalate accounting issues to Team Lead, where applicable.- Assist with special projects as needed.Competencias: Required Education Level- ** Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related discipline, required.
**:- CPA or equivalent, strongly preferred- Master's degree, preferredRequired Experience- ** Minimum 3 years public accounting or private accounting experience, required.
**:- ** Inventory accounting experience, required.
**:- ** Bilingual English/Spanish, required**:- Manufacturing experience, strongly preferred.- General ledger accounting,
