The OpportunityThe Operations Coordinator will provide support to our Product and Engineering teams by completing a variety of administrative-related activities and acting as our onsite point of contact for our growing team in Mexico.What You'll Do- Plan and coordinate onsite logistics for all Mexico team events, meetings, and onboardings.- Work with vendors and our Procurement team on contract agreements for services such as catering, facilities, or supplies.- Manage the coordination of Product-wide team meetings such as Lunch & Learns, webinars, internal Engineering conference,
and onboarding sessions.- Maintain communication channels between Product and cross-functional teams to ensure all functions are updated on the latest product announcements.- Assist Product and Engineering teams with special projects or events as needed.- Be open-minded to helping resolve a broad array of daily requests or issues that come up within the team.Skills & Requirements- 2-3 years of relevant administration or project management experience- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs, while remaining flexible- Highly organized, discerning, and dependable- Curious and motivated to ask questions, look for opportunities for improvement- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholdersSailPoint is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome everyone to our team.
