Looking for an Experienced Supervisor of Campaign's in call center's**Responsibilities**: - Communicate organizational needs, oversee employees' performance, provide guidance and support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful.- Hire and onboard new employees- Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback- Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed- Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated- Improves quality of results by recommending changes- Ensure adherence to policies for attendance,
