We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team.
This role is pivotal in executing marketing campaigns and managing communication across diverse channels, with a strong emphasis on engaging directly with our audience through social media platforms or other potential channels.

and community events.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets (e.G., graphics, videos, content).Manage timelines to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution.User Insights and EngagementUtilize insights into user behavior and preferences to create content that resonates with the target audience.Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Discord.Monitor social media channels to gather real-time feedback, track audience sentiment, and adjust strategies accordingly.Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and discussions to foster a positive and inclusive brand presence.Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine engagement strategies.Marketing Performance AnalysisTrack feedback and key trends from various channels to adjust strategies.Analyze campaign performance metrics,
preparing reports for optimization and improvement.Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to refine communication strategies.Implement initiatives that enhance consumer engagement and strengthen brand connections.Requirements:2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or related fields (preferably in gaming or entertainment).Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and engagement strategies.Knowledge of online marketing best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including content creation and copywriting.Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking community engagement and performance.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.Team-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.Passion for gaming and understanding of its culture and audience preferences is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
