KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drives and creates internal communications initiatives and campaigns aligned with Corp. Comms., Marketing, CMM, HR with local, regional and global direction
Leads local strategic communications projects with topics from global, region and local themes (strategic, cultural, process and corporate governance), employees recognitions & heritage, product & services, operations and others
Collaborates with peers at local and regional operations. Also, sometimes will be required collaboration with global operations.
Conceives and drives executive communication projects for key executives including; forums, speeches, presentations, etc.
Develops and aligns messaging with local,
regional and occasionally global direction
Responsible of the Recording Set at HQ and all its operation. From maintenance services with supplier, recording, audio, lightning and editing some executive’s videos
Leads and produce corporate or product events. Including the coordination of the stakeholders and agency activities
Manages the digital signage comms channel in HQ
QUALIFICATIONS
4 to 6 years of communications experience (internal and / or external)
Channel management experience
Preferred experience in change management accompaniment process
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to execution, using structured project management skills
Impeccable writing in Spanish and English
Capable of independently producing high-quality content
Capable of leading people and teams across the hierarchical spectrum, including more mid players with reporting responsibility to Local/Regional/Global
Team/agencies management skills
Digital PR experience desired
