Team Lead, Talent Acquisition Shared Services
Serve as the leader for the GTAS team. Manage the implementation of recruiting support services by considering hiring projections by site, applicant flow, and general market conditions for each location supported. The Team Lead will work with and act as a liaison between the GTAS, TA and Sourcing teams to ensure performance metrics are met. This position will be responsible for supporting specific sites across multiple functions to include back office, chat, pre-screening, interviewing and scheduling applicants, job boards management, language evaluations, calibration sessions, reporting, etc.
This position requires mínimal supervision from management and is expected to perform well while working independently and leading a team.
- Develop tactics, and oversee implementation activities required to successfully meet agreed upon hiring goals and business objectives. Evaluate internal sites and recommend improvement opportunities. Works with management in preparation of short and long range plans and budgets based on the corporate goals and growth objectives.
- Oversee implementation of internal service level agreements. Develop and execute corrective action plans and communicate to management as needed. Document all meetings/conversations or updates with the GTAS team and business partners. Participate in inter-departmental resolutions meetings to ensure the goals are met.
- Ensure execution of Quality Assurance program focusing on accuracy of information, the specialist positioning TeleTech as an employer of choice, and applicant satisfaction.
- Ensure all metrics are met, per team and individually (oversee Aux usage and GTAS KPIs) for all the locations/segments supported, including the MX Athome expansion ( i.e: Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, US,
EMEA & P&E;)

- Proficient English, (Strong both, written and verbal, communication skills)
- Ability to lead and partner successfully with staff and chain of command
- Great interpersonal skills
- Open, honest, and empathetic manner when dealing with people
- FT availability
What skills you'll need:
- 2-3 years of customer service or talent acquisition experience preferably in a call center
- Ability to articulate, interact and understand client needs and expectations
- Experience with coaching/mentoring preferred
- Project management experience
