**Responsibilities**:
Accountabilities:
The NA lead reports to the IAM Sr. Manager who has overall responsibility for access to platforms globally. The scope of project involvement and the expectation of highly developed leadership skills of the associate in this position will be required to drive common global objectives and ensure critical Sox controls are maintained.
The position also will be responsible for ensuring the timely communication and delivery of IAM services for North America sector and serve as the primary contact for the business.
The role is responsible for:
- SME for Access Provisioning across global systems
- Ensure standards compliance for Access provisioning across global systems drive violation remediation
- Liaison for IAM services across North America business
- Controls lead for access across Identity management ensuring control testing, reporting, is completed timely for Quarterly sox controls
- Drive and monitor appropriate role management across key systems including SOD
- Monitor user, service, system, privileged, BOT, account access across key systems
- Manage and govern key IAM work intake processes
- Lead and mentor junior members and sector SMEs
- Monitor the SOX controls for the North America sector and global functions ensuring remediation of violations.
- Ensure quarterly Sox and recertification reviews are completed on time and provide documentation to enable successful testing for controls
- Proactive monitoring of standards compliance, identify gaps and drive remediation with business on violations
- Review ID violations ensuring consistency across other sectors partnering with peers.
- Ability to lead cross functional workstreams effectively influencing stake holders to ensure compliance with standards
- Knowledge of Project Lifecycle methodologies and experience leading projects
- Liaison with business and controls on access compliance.
- Propose solutions for project requirements to ensure alignment with global Security and IAM standards.
- Coordinate initiatives, provide training, and communicate security, IAM mandates user populations and/or helpdesk.
- Advocate MyidM Access request processes in compliance with security policies and audits.
- Enable access provisioning team to meet AOP and project deliverables
Qualifications:
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Minimum 7+ years of I/T security experience or relevant certifications
- 4 year Undergraduate degree (preferred)
- A minimum of 6 years plus experience working with Identity Management tools; CA Identity Management is highly preferred.
- Technical SME expertise in Identity and Access Management technologies - CA Identity Manager, CA Identity Governance, CA Directory, Okta and Site Minder
- 4 years’ experience in Java, Java Script technology will be a plus
- Experience working on Linux, Windows platform
- Senior professional with experience and knowledge in Identity and Access Management field.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience working with Directories and Databases. CA and Oracle Directory experience is preferred
- Understanding and knowledge of monitoring tools
- knowledge of audit and privileged access administration
- Knowledge of security policy and specific standards
