**Laboratory Manager**

**What you’ll do**:
- Manage the PV testing and Homologation groups for seatbelts in Mexico.
- Close collaboration with different areas of the organization and alignment with the Laboratory and Homologation teams in ATC and other regions.
- Provide strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization.
**What is required**:
- Must have English language skills;
- Detailed-oriented with the capability to dig into data and prioritize tasks and decisions;
- Results-oriented with the ability to lead cross-functional teams;
- Position requires ability to manage customer relationships;
- Strong communication skills;
- 5+ years of experience in Homologation or laboratory supervision
