**What will you be doing?**
The Agile & DevSecOps Center of Excellence provides tools, frameworks and education, which help PepsiCo work in more agile ways. The COE has many Agile and CICD coaches around the world who are responsible for accelerating the Agile & DevSecOps transformation. This Senior Java Developer Reporting Analyst role is an individual contributor who supports the COE. This role is responsible for designing, building, testing and sustaining COE reporting and analytics with Power BI and Java. In addition, this role analyzes data to solve problems and optimize processes and tools
Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- 3+ years Java development with an understanding of Oracle
- 3+ years designing and building reporting and analytics, especially using Power BI
- 3+ years experience being an analyst or project manager focusing on delivering technical solutions
- Java Spring Framework development
- Oracle
- SQL
- Power BI
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, specifically expertise using Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Experience using Azure DevOps to manage work
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional data analysis and problem solving skills
- Customer focus with user centered design
- Creative with the ability to build intuitive and useful reports and analytics that look great
- Ability to quickly and effectively prototype ideas
- Knowledge about SAFe and DevSecOps
- Ability to effectively influence diverse people around the world
