**This is a work from home position.**
The position we are hiring for is a Bilingual position Project Coordinator. This position includes managing workflow for maintenance work orders on residential properties assigned by our clients. Project Coordinators will accept work orders from clients and then coordinate vendors in the field to complete the jobs.
Project Coordinators must complete research and recruit vendors as necessary. Project Coordinators are also responsible for contacting tenant at the property to coordinate access for field vendors and relay information. Preference given to applicants who have completed internships or worked in English speaking countries or jobs.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written (English)
- **Strong Customer Service**, Proven organizational and administrative skills
- Minimum of **one year experience in maintenance**, management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, deductive reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work for effective implementation, interact effectively with people at all levels, and function as an effective team member.
- Long term oriented.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
Pay: $18,000.28 - $20,000.00 per month
