Currently we are looking for our next:
**CommercialX Trad. Trade Manager - LATAM**
**Which is the main objective of this role?**
CommercialX Traditional Trade Manager will enable the optimal connections across internal and external key stakeholders for the channel strategic priorities in Latam, leading governance and forums towards market’s deployment, establishing a holistic perspective, delivering tangible progress and visibility, unlocking sustainable growth and profitability.
The priorities that are included within this scope are Traditional Eateries, Single Serve, Returnability and No Sugar.
Also, this role will be responsible of piloting different Proofs of Concept (POCs), exploring new capabilities for non-organized trade, to learn and inspire our bottlers towards future developments.
**What will you be doing?**
- Integrate multifunctional internal and external stakeholders enabling governance and forums (WoW)
towards key deliverables for TT strategic priorities
- Provide tracking visibility of our TT strategic priorities progress against targets, integrating multiple sources and simplifying communication to identify opportunities, enabling timely decision making by leadership team
- Lead toolkits and/or playbooks consolidation, transforming insights into ‘actionable’ items to serve as provocation and inspirational guidelines for our bottlers deployment in their markets
- Integrate U/X within commercial deliverables, understanding adoption barriers to improve usability, enabling a cyclic continuous improvement process
- Pilot key proof of concepts to test and learn new capabilities for the channel, in close collaboration with our bottlers
- Facilitate budget tracking and execution ensuring usage and compliance in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Steward of ‘Crece Tu Negocio’ digital platform, watching over its ongoing functionality while facilitating new developments and improvements
Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- +5 yrs working experience preferably in CPG industry or Consulting, in areas of Franchise, Insights, Sales, Trade Marketing or Transformation
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering; post-graduate degree in same areas desirable
- Strong ability to develop and sustain successful networks across a complex matrixial organization
- Open location in LATAM
**Key skills set must include**:
- Outstanding project management skills
- Strong quantitative skills and Excel proficiency
- Acts as an owner, self-starter with the highest results orientation
- Premium on consultative selling and customer engagement
- Fluent in Spanish and English
