**Your Tasks**:
**Role Purpose**
- The regional office coordinator is a professional who is in charge of managing administrative tasks and support strategical project at the regional level. Ensuring the proper coordination and communication between the different stakeholders at regional, country, or global level.
**Main Accountabilities
**Strategy & Planning**
- To support on develop of regional communication with regional areas, countries and global.
- Plan, develop and give the proper following to LATAM regional events.
- Support special and strategic projects with regional impact.
- Support in the development and implementation of work procedures,
presentations and market trend analysis at regional level to connect the region with countries and global in a most efficient way.
- Support on administrative process such as purchase process and travel and expenses reports from regional team.
- Co-control GE expenses from regional team with Controlling area
**People**
- Keep open and permanent communication among key stakeholders for their needs
- Collaborate strongly with global to accomplish deadlines for LATAM projects
**Your Profile**:
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Advanced English
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Sales, Economy, Marketing, Communication
- Desirable: Region or LATAM experience in marketing or sales area.
- Strong business acumen with experience in business analysis.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient personal with high tolerability to frustration
