-Job description
**Role Overview**
***
The role is responsible for the delivery of project management support in terms of technical consultancy to wholesale clients, their main porpoise is to assure a successful treasury customer integration with their ERP to operate with the GPS MX products /services support all the Wholesale LoB.
The tasks for this role will include:
- Manage the end-to-end client management process providing a positive and professional onboarding/client experience for customers.
- Use professional and technical expertise to provide credible observations and recommendations to others.
- Put highly complex and/or technical information into simple terms so that stakeholders can easily understand it.




- Continuously adapt to balance and prioritise different demands of the team and requirements from multiple directions and stakeholders.
- To provide, client integration management and consultancy services to HSBC’s Key Account clients. This includes; client consultancy, managing complex/very complex integration projects, site visits and client training.
- To differentiate HSBC from our competitors by providing integration consultancy services to clients in order to win and retain their business.
- To understand industry strategy together with how and why this can rapidly change. Influence and advise clients in line with local banking requirements and technical needs. Thereby identifying opportunities to streamline clients’ integration processes and cross sell opportunities.
- Lead complex and very complex integration projects. Ensure that the appropriate resources are available and project controls are established/followed.

- Ability to prioritise and manage business tasks




- Anticipates and identifies risks and ensures appropriate steps are taken to mitigate and manage them
- Influencing skills and ability to builds positive working relationships with our customers, colleagues and stakeholder
- Planning and organisational skills in order to manage the unexpected as well as anticipated issues or events, so that success can still be achieved
- Good written and verbal communication skills, enabling productive dialogue with internal and external customers.
- PC skills and an understanding of I.T environments
- Client facing skills
Requirements
- Language: Spoken English.
- System Engineering, Informatic degree or similar.
