**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for providing support for operations activities in the Branch Channel segment

The Branch Ops Sr Supervisor analyses the entitlements of the positions in Branches Offices and make sure that the entitlements are aligned according to their job description and identifies the risk of excessive privileges and the problems to mitigate risk. Responsible for identifying potential risk in entitlements and operational issues related to the functional positions created for the faculties.
The position needs to have a specialist with deep knowledge in each module (entitlement) and interactions with other systems, coordinates teams of work with strongly communication, to understand, diagnose and solve problems.
Need to have the knowledge and ability to analyze processes and measure risks or impacts as well as being able to generate a relationship with the teams he interacts with, seeking to guide and provide answers to the problems presented. Interaction with BISO teams for empowerment alignment according to the Information Security policy.
The role identify entitlements toxicities, makes reviews and analysis of the End-to-End processes to identify the minimum faculties that are necessary for the execution of the process in the branch positions. Attention to projects and initiatives in the control area
Interacts with users and business areas (Retail & Branches) to provide solutions to issues, interpret business need to develop high quality and efficient solutions based on the access and entitlements that the business required avoiding issues for excessive privileges.
Help to implement and support MCA entitlements controls and monitoring’s.
Additional to entitlement role, the position support activities for the policies Record Management Policy RMP and Model Risk and the Issues that we are owners. For the compliance of the Model Risk, the position supports the follow up of: attestations, capacitation, follow up for the activities scheduled, evidences and monitoring’s stablished, model submission end EUCs review.
For RMP Policy supports the follow up of: records inventory certifications, attestations, capacitation, follow up for the activities scheduled, evidences of MCA, monitoring’s, destroy of records.
