- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Advanced English and Spanish both written and spoken
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings
- Competency using Microsoft Windows
- Live in Guadalajara, Jalisco or its surroundings - that's perfect. Live in the Jalisco State? That's great too
- Internet download speed minimum of 20mps
- Base salary + work from home stipend (partial electricity/internet until return to site)
