TopFoxx is a rapidly-growing, women-owned start-up founded in New York City, that develops unique, innovative women’s eyewear and accessories, centered around a mission of charitability and commitment towards sustainability. **We are currently seeking a Creative Director who will use knowledge of the ecommerce sector, fashion-industry, high-level marketing and trend forecasting to create and consistently enhance the aesthetic imaging of the brand.** With an exceptional aesthetic eye, creative insight, and alignment with key marketing initiatives, this individual will be fueled by the desire to grow and develop skills, and have the potential to become the CMO of TopFoxx.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create,



strategize and develop the aesthetic vision for the brand that aligns with company mission, target audiences, trends and current best practices in the marketing sector.
- Conceptualize, research and design products for the brand, and oversee product development team members to ensure high quality, trend-centered and revenue producing fashion design.
- Attend & lead meetings and work directly with our Creative Director, Marketing Managers and design teams to create cohesive marketing plans for each season, major launch, sale and company event.
- Research marketing trends, particularly within the ecommerce and global luxury fashion industry and use creative and innovative ideas to integrate these strategies into TopFoxx’s existing brand image and voice.
- Oversee creative projects from concept to completion to ensure strong implementation of all ideas and cohesive messaging and imagery across all departments and platforms.




- Improve and elevate professionals skillset and continuously enhance the brand image and messaging over time through deep trend research, professional growth, and consistent attention to customer needs.
- Plan, attend and oversee photo / video shoots for product and brand promotion.
- Creating content needed for platforms through graphic design, photography, content shooting and close management and direction of other designers within the team, when needed to help elevate the KPIs and ROI for the company.
- Assist and independently develop strong copywriting for the brand creatives when needed.
- Continuously analyze and improve the website and UI/UX Design to ensure high traffic, customer engagement/retention and revenue.
**Required Experience & Skills**:
- 3+ years professionally managing creative and digital marketing departments.




- Extremely proficient in Adobe Suite software, with ability to design quickly and pivot to last-minute creative needs/changes within the company.
- Must have a well-rounded portfolio showcasing successful creative designs and integration of aesthetic innovation and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to create graphics, photograph high-quality images and videos, and lead creative direction in necessary content creation.
- Experience with relevant tools: Photoshop (must), Illustrator, After Effects (bonus)
- Must be able to manage multiple projects at once with urgency, focus, and deep dedication to establish ROI, results, and meet all deadlines, with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently, where assignments can be completed from initial concept to implementation,



while collaborating with other key team members is essential.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where forecasting ability and forward planning is crucial.
- Must have experience being hands-on in creative ideation and willingness to take on all aspects of each task with urgency, a positive attitude and exceptional eye for detail.
**Salary & Benefits**:
- $7.00 - $12.00 per hour; Salary is performance and revenue-based; It grows as you and your department do.

**Hours**:
Monday - Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
**As a member of the management team, overtime hours are expected,
